Biography

Abdul Qadir is an academician, trainer and consultant, carrying an overall 18 plus years of rich experience in the domain of HR & OB. Currently he is working as an Assistant Professor at Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida. As an expert of HR gamut, he has worked across Manufacturing, Retail & ITES/BPO industries in various HR roles coupled with two overseas assignments with world’s prominent retail chain organisations, in Bahrain & Dubai. On his academic front he is an MBA (HR) and UGC (NET) certified. He has submitted his PhD thesis at Mohan Lal Sukhadia University, Udaipur (Rajasthan).

His interests lie in the domain of Strategic HRM, HRIS, HR Analytics and Psychometrics. He has conducted numerous sessions in MDPs/Training on topics like; Conflict Management, Interpersonal Relations, Personal Effectiveness, Leadership Skills & Team Building and Time Management for organizations like; NTPC, IFFCO, NDDB, KRIBHCO, Tata Chemicals, NFL, Coromandel, TCIL and Bhutan Officials.On personal front, he is an established poet of Urdu and an avid Cricket lover.
