Aakanksha Kataria PhD.(Organizational Behavior), IIT Roorkee Adjunct Assistant Professor

Biography

Dr. Aakanksha is associated with Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur as Adjunct Assistant Professor. She holds PhD. in Organizational Behavior as a UGC Research Fellow from IIT Roorkee and MBA.

She carries a rich expereince in teaching and industry as well. She has the credit of presenting several research papers in many national and international conferences and had published over twelve research papers in The Psychologist-Manager Journal (Taylor and Francis Publication), Asia-Pacific Journal of Management Research and Innovation (Sage Publication), South Asian Journal of Management (SAJM, published by the Association of Management Development Institutions in South Asia (AMDISA) and International Journal of Indian Business Culture and Management (Inderscience Publishers) and in other reputed International and National Journals.

Her current research projects focus on improving employee citizenship behavior and work engagement. Much of her work has been on exploring the workplace dimensions (HR Practices, Psychological Climate) which facilitates organizational excellence.
