He is an incisive professional with 19 years of fruitful experience in the field of Strategic Planning, Management Consultancy, Project Management, Market Research, Business Development, and experience to work in providing fiscal, strategic and operations leadership in uniquely challenging situations. He holds a MBA degree in Marketing & Finance from IILM, New Delhi as well as B.Sc and M.Sc. in Statistics and Mathematics. He is also pursuing PhD in Management from Uttrakhand Technical University, Dehradun. He has worked on consulting assignments and imparted training programmes in organizations like Indian Oil Corporation, Powergrid Corporation, POSOCO, Bhutan Government in the areas of Leadership, Team Building, and Motivation. He has also delivered sessions on Personality Development, Career Counseling, Pre- Placement Training etc., across management colleges in NCR. Apart from regular college teaching he has headed the placements and corporate resource centre at various management and engineering colleges like AKG Institute of Management, IMR Ghaziabad and ITS Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad.
